![]() The Society's membership was composed of regular Freemasons throughout the world. Their subjects of study and research also cover a wide range of interest and issues. The Society's core research discipline is focused on analyzing, researching and solving key issues in Freemasonry and can be applied to the Prince Hall Masonic Order.
The Society was Established with Three Aims:
JURISDICTION GRAND LODGE STATUS FOR AFFILIATED PAST MASTERS (Past
Masters that Demit from one jurisdiction to Another) MWPHGL of Alabama Demitted Past Masters into this Grand Lodge are not
recognized as such. Must serve as WM of a constituent lodge of this
jurisdiction to hold the title and vote in Grand Lodge. MWPHGL of Alaska MWPHGL of Arizona Demitted Past Masters have to wait for a year before
they can run for any Grand Lodge Office. Can vote immediately. MWPHGL of Arkansas MWPHGL of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas MWPHGL of California MWPHGL of Caribbean MWPHGL of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and parts of South
Korea MWPHGL of Connecticut MWPHGL of Delaware MWPHGL of Washington D.C. MW Union Grand Lodge of Florida & Belize, Central
America MWPHGL of Georgia PMs demitting into Georgia have all rights except: MWPHGL of Hawaii MWPHGL of Illinois MWPHGL of Indiana MWPHGL of Iowa MWPHGL of Kansas MWPHGL of Kentucky MWPHGL of Liberia MWPHGL of Louisiana MWPHGL of Maryland Demitted Past Masters are recognized as Past Masters
and are members of the Grand Lodge. They may hold an appointed GL position
after 1 year in the jurisdiction and may hold elected office after two
years. MWPHGL of Massachusetts MWPHGL of Michigan MWPHGL of Minnesota MW Stringer GL of Mississippi MWPHGL of Missouri MWPHGL of Nebraska Can bring 'Past Master' status to this jurisdiction but
cannot hold an elected grand lodge office for two years from date of
affiliation. MWPHGL of Nevada MWPHGL of New Jersey MWPHGL of New Mexico MWPHGL of New York Are Members of the Grand Lodge - Holding voting rights
immedidately. MWPHGL of North Carolina Past Masters demitting into the MWPHGL of NC are
recognized as PMs, have a voice in GL communications, but have no vote nor
can they hold an elected Grand Lodge position unless they have presided as
Worshipful Master in a constituent Lodge of the MWPHGL of NC. MWPHGL of Ohio Are Members of the Grand Lodge - Holding voting rights
immedidately. MWPHGL of Oklahoma MWPHGL of Ontario MWPHGL of Oregon MWPHGL of Pennsylvania MWPHGL of Rhode Island MWPHGL of South Carolina MWPHGL of Tennessee MWPHGL of Texas MWPHGL of Virginia Are members of the Grand Lodge having voting rights
immediately and able to hold office in the Grand Lodge. All PM in VA have
one vote "collectively" at GL sessions. MWPHGL of Washington Are members of the Grand Lodge having voting rights
